Frequently asked questions
Practical answers about the current directory, finishes, specification selection and product enquiries.
Where do the product details come from?
The current entries and specification rows come from the supplied Longlin directory dated 2026-09-10. The model photograph and table are kept together.
How do I choose a finish and size?
Open a product and use “Finish & specification”. Options are grouped by finish and each option represents one actual directory row. Leave the selection unconfirmed if you would like Longlin to help identify it.
Does a model image show every finish?
No. The directory may provide one reference image for several listed finishes. Use the exact finish label in the selector and confirm the appearance with Longlin.
What material are these products made from?
The current workbook does not provide a material column. Please ask Longlin to confirm the material of the particular model. A finish name is not proof of its base material.
Why are some dimensions blank?
Some original rows do not list a full dimension or weight. These are marked as not listed and must be confirmed. We do not estimate missing dimensions from a photograph.
Can I buy or pay online?
The website is a product directory and enquiry service. Pricing, availability and supply terms are confirmed by Longlin; no online payment is collected.
Do you have a standard minimum order or lead time?
A universal minimum quantity, lead time or stock level is not provided in the directory. Include the models, finishes, quantities and destination in your enquiry.
Can I send a drawing or sample?
The company catalogue states support for processing from supplied drawings or samples. Send your requirements so Longlin can confirm feasibility and the details.
Are the reference images installation templates?
No. Confirm the drilling pattern, furniture thickness, fixings and clearances for your chosen model before installation.
How do I ask for delivery or after-sales help?
Contact Longlin with the model, finish, order or quotation reference and relevant photographs. Packaging, delivery and resolution arrangements require direct confirmation.
